Hatha means sun and moon. It’s a practice that helps to balance opposing energies of the body. We work to coordinate breath and movement while sustaining postures for a longer period of time. It is beginner friendly and is also great for those who practice regularly to further expand on established skills

GATHER Slow Flow

Discover harmony in motion in Slow Flow. This thoughtfully crafted practice blends the best of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, offering a perfect middle ground for those seeking a balanced and fulfilling practice.

Restorative postures utilize bolsters, blankets, and props to fully support the body, allowing you to settle into stillness. As you're guided through targeted stretches and grounding poses, conscious breathwork helps calm the nervous system.

There's something special about practicing yoga outdoors. Yoga on the Lawn brings together an all-levels flow and the relaxed energy of the weekly farmer's market — set under the warmth of the desert sun, surrounded by palm trees and familiar faces.

No experience necessary. This class is designed to meet you exactly where you are, in a setting that makes showing up feel easy and worthwhile. It's movement, community, and a little bit of magic — all before noon.
